Olight PL X GL 1200 Lumen Rail Light with Green Laser – Matte Black

The Olight PL X GL combines a wide floodlight, a focused spotlight and a green laser in one compact rail light. Use the white light on its own, the laser on its own, or the laser together with either white beam. This Matte Black model has an integrated rechargeable battery and a USB-C charging port.

Choose a wide or focused beam

The floodlight delivers up to 1,200 lumens for a broad view at closer distances. The spotlight reaches up to 260 metres, with a maximum intensity of 16,900 candela. A side toggle switches between flood and spot; the lower selector chooses white light, green laser or both. The laser-only setting runs for up to 9 hours.

Maximum output is an initial output. The built-in thermal protection reduces brightness as the light warms up, and a low battery also limits output. The 9-hour figure applies to the laser alone, not continuous maximum white light.

Controls and charging

Rear switches are accessible from either side. In the default operating mode, hold a switch for momentary operation or press and release it for constant operation. Double-click while the white light is on to switch between high and low output. Press both switches together, or triple-click either switch, for strobe. A second operating mode provides direct high output and double-click strobe; see the manual for mode switching.

The built-in 620 mAh battery charges through USB-C using the supplied cable. A USB power source rated at 5 V / 1 A or higher is recommended. The battery is not user replaceable. Keep the charging port clean and dry.

Rail and holster compatibility

The 1913 adapter is installed for a standard MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail. A GL adapter is included for compatible Glock-style rails. The adjustable clamp uses an anti-loosening ratchet and a dual-screw rail lug adapter. Check rail clearance and the position of the controls on your exact firearm before fitting.

The PL X GL fits most holsters made for the PL X, but compatibility depends on the firearm and holster combination. Check the manufacturer’s rail fit guide and holster guide for your setup. The PL X GL is the green-laser model; it is a different product from the white-light-only PL X.

Laser use and product care

This product uses a Class 3R laser. Avoid direct eye exposure and do not aim the beam at aircraft or vehicles. Follow the mounting, lockout and care instructions in the official PL X GL manual.

Is PL X GL the same as PL X?

No. PL X GL combines white flood and spot beams with a green laser. Select the exact GL model when a green laser is required.

Will it fit my existing holster?

Check the holster manufacturer's compatibility for the exact firearm and PL X GL combination. Rail compatibility alone does not establish holster fit.

Does the nine-hour runtime mean nine hours at 1,200 lumens?

No. Nine hours is the laser-only figure. Maximum white-light output is an initial output and reduces with thermal protection and battery conditions.
