Olight Osight SE DPP Enclosed Red Dot Sight

The Olight Osight SE DPP is a purpose-built enclosed-emitter pistol optic with a DPP footprint, a larger viewing window and a three-mode red multi-reticle system. It is part of Olight’s dedicated OSIGHT optics range—not a flashlight—and is designed for compatible optic-ready slides and correctly specified adapter plates.

A larger, clearer field of view

The SE DPP uses a 0.91 × 0.71-inch multi-coated viewing window. That expanded sight picture is designed to make the reticle easier to find during presentation and to provide more visual space around the aiming point. Official OSIGHT comparison imagery shows that this window is larger than the earlier RMSc-footprint Osight SE, making the DPP model a distinct optic rather than a renamed colour or minor variation.

Three selectable reticle modes

The red multi-reticle system lets the user switch between a precise 2 MOA dot, a fast 32 MOA circle, or the combined 2 MOA dot and 32 MOA circle. This offers a clean precision reference, a bold close-range reference, or a circle-dot sight picture without changing optics.

• 32 MOA circle: a highly visible reference for rapid acquisition.
• Circle-dot: combines the 2 MOA dot and 32 MOA circle.

Ten adaptive brightness settings comprise eight daylight levels and two night-vision-compatible levels. Motion Activation Technology switches the optic on at the last-used setting when movement is detected and powers it down after three minutes without movement to conserve the battery.

Enclosed construction and side-loading battery

The fully enclosed system helps protect the emitter from rain, dust and debris that can obstruct an open-emitter sight. Its lightweight, fully CNC-machined housing is made from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium for a balance of strength and manageable weight.

A side-loading battery tray sits flush with the optic body. Battery replacement can therefore be performed without removing the sight from its mount, helping preserve the installed position and avoiding removal solely for routine battery access.

Fit and compatibility

This model is intended for a DPP footprint. Do not assume that an existing RMSc, RMR or other optic cut is interchangeable. Confirm the exact slide cut, screw specification and any adapter requirement for the intended platform before installation. The official compatibility graphic is provided as a planning guide; platform revisions and aftermarket cuts can differ, so final fit must be checked against the firearm or plate manufacturer’s current instructions.
